I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that is why you have been guided to my website. Welcome!
My work combines Reiki with intuitive guidance, energy balancing, and spiritual insight to support the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Reiki is a gentle practice that channels Universal Life Force energy, energy that exists within us and all around us. This energy flows through the practitioner and is offered through the palms of the hands, helping to shift stagnant or blocked energy that may arise from emotional experiences, physical discomfort, or life challenges. My sessions are holistic in nature and can be a beautiful complementary support for those also receiving medical or therapeutic care.

At the core of my work is Reiki and energy-based healing to support clients on their life journey. For some, intuitive guidance through oracle card readings may also be incorporated to bring awareness, clarity, and deeper understanding to what may be happening beneath the surface. Together, these modalities support relaxation, restore energetic flow, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
